Who we are

What we collect

When you request early access we collect your work email, name, company, role, sales team size and, if you choose to share it, what stalls your deals. We use this only to contact you about WeavedIn early access and to understand which teams to onboard first.

We measure how the website is used with PostHog, hosted in the EU. We configured it without cookies or local storage, so it does not store anything on your device.

Who processes it

• Vercel hosts the website.

• Storyblok (EU) stores the website's content and serves its images.

• Resend delivers the email that tells us about your early access request.

• PostHog (EU cloud) processes anonymous usage statistics.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep early access details until you ask us to delete them, or for 24 months after our last contact with you, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing [CONTACT EMAIL]. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
